Garden maintenance for managing agents
Communal gardens, blocks of flats, estates and commercial grounds, looked after on a regular rhythm, site by site, across North London.
We look after commercial and communal gardens for managing agents across North London, as well as gardens for residential clients. Some of the agents we work for have several sites with us.
Each site has its own contract: an annual quotation, a fixed monthly price and one invoice a month. The cost of every site stays separate, so it is simple to pass on to the people you manage it for.
Most of the gardens we look after are visited fortnightly, some weekly and a few monthly. A contract can follow the seasons, with fewer visits in winter, and it can include green waste removal or leave it out.

Yes. Every site has its own contract and its own monthly invoice, which can go to you or to the site’s own contact.
Can the visits change with the seasons?
Yes. Gardens grow far faster from spring to autumn than in winter, so a contract can have fewer visits in the winter months. We agree it site by site.
What does it cost?
Every site is different, so we quote once we have seen it. The visit and the quotation are free, with no obligation.
