Garden maintenance and landscaping in Highgate
Garden maintenance, 3D design and landscaping in Highgate, N6.
This planted border beside a sandstone path is one of ours, in Highgate. It is the kind of garden Highgate is full of: mature, generous and worth looking after properly.
Larger houses and older gardens call for care in keeping what is already good. Mature borders, specimen trees and long lawns need regular, skilled attention more than they need rebuilding. Where something new is needed, we design it in 3D so that it sits properly in what is already there.
Trees
Much of Highgate is in a conservation area, so most work to a tree needs six weeks’ written notice to the council. Plan for that before a pruning or a removal is booked.
Mature gardens
In a garden that has been looked after for decades, the first job is to understand what is there: what to keep, what to renew and what has outgrown its place.
